2. Scope

These terms apply to all purchases of products from advine.se by consumers resident in Sweden. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms. For wholesale (B2B) purchases, separate terms apply, communicated at the point of order.

3. Orders and prices

All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 6% Swedish VAT for food and non-alcoholic beverages, unless otherwise stated. Shipping is shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept the major card schemes supported by Stripe in Sweden. Your card is charged when your order is confirmed.

5. Delivery

We ship within Sweden. Estimated delivery is shown at checkout. Free delivery applies inside Örebro city (postcodes 70200–70699). Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days of payment being confirmed. If your order is delayed, contact us at info@advine.se.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Lag (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises). See our Returns Policy for how to exercise this right.

7. Complaints (Reklamation)

Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplag 2022:260) you may claim against defects for up to three years from delivery. Notify us within a reasonable time - within two months of discovering the defect is always considered timely. Email info@advine.se with your order number and a description of the defect.

8. Disputes

We follow rulings from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN, www.arn.se). You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Swedish law applies and disputes are settled by Swedish courts.

9. Personal data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
