When you order from us or join our wine waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address
• Your delivery address
• Your order details

Why we collect it

• To fulfil your order and ship it to you
• To send you order confirmations and shipping updates
• To notify waitlist subscribers when new wines become available

Legal basis

We process order data to fulfil our contract with you. We send waitlist notifications based on legitimate interest - you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who sees your data

We never sell your data. We share it only with the partners we need to get your order to you:

• PostNord - for delivery
• Stripe - for payment processing

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for 7 years, as required by the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (bokföringslagen). Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. Just email info@advine.se and we'll take care of it.

Cookies

We only use cookies that are technically necessary to run the site. No tracking, no advertising cookies.

Governing law

This policy is governed by Swedish law. If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), the Swedish data protection authority.
