14-day right of withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Lag (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises) you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, send a clear notice to info@advine.se stating your order number and that you wish to withdraw. You may also use the standard withdrawal form from Konsumentverket (www.konsumentverket.se).

Returning the goods

  • Return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us.
  • Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • You bear the direct cost of return shipping.
  • You are responsible for any reduction in value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

Send returns to: Advine AB, Murargårdsgatan 14, 702 87 Örebro, Sweden.

Refunds

We refund the full purchase price including standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have provided proof of return.

Complaints - defective or wrong items (Reklamation)

Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplag 2022:260) you have the right to complain about defects for up to three years from delivery. Notify us within a reasonable time - within two months of discovering the defect is always considered timely.

Email info@advine.se with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos if possible. Where the complaint is justified we cover the cost of return shipping and either replace the item, refund you, or provide a price reduction in line with your statutory rights.

Dispute resolution

If we cannot agree, you can refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN, www.arn.se), or to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We follow ARN's recommendations.
